The IDEZIO clients benefit from a 24-month warranty on the furniture items ordered by complying with the legal provisions in force.
Each product will be accompanied by the warranty certificate of the manufacturer. The certificates are issued based on the statements of quality issued by the companies providing components and constitutes the legal certification of compliance with the quality provisions and that they meet the purpose for which they were executed, in accordance with the ISO international standards and the laws in force in Romania regarding the quality products and services.
We guarantee the quality for 24 months provided the items are handled, transported, preserved and used in propper conditions.
